ONARU Simulation

Draft · legal review required before public launch

Terms of use

These draft terms describe the current ONARU website preview, local browser game and waitlist. They are not a substitute for a final agreement reviewed by qualified Nigerian counsel. The responsible legal entity and service address must be identified before a public commercial launch.

Preview and simulation

ONARU is currently a prototype. The city, people, tasks, businesses, achievements and token balances shown in the simulation are fictional and stored locally unless a screen says otherwise. Simulation tokens have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed or exchanged, and do not represent an investment or financial product.

The first-party planning service and authoritative business-data database are not connected. The current planning endpoint is unavailable. The preview does not hire, message, publish, trade, spend money, or otherwise perform real-world business actions.

Your responsibilities

Use the preview lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to threaten or harass people, cheat, distribute malware, access another person’s account or data without permission, or facilitate illegal activity. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Local tools operate only after you choose them; review any output before relying on it.

No professional or financial advice

Content is general product information and simulation material, not legal, tax, investment, employment, medical, or financial advice. Obtain advice from a qualified professional for decisions in those areas.

Availability and changes

The preview is provided for testing and may change or be unavailable. No 24/7 service level, account recovery, synchronized save, or data backup is currently offered. Do not rely on local browser data as your only copy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These draft terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to any mandatory protections that apply, disputes are intended to be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria. This draft does not select a particular state, court, or venue; Nigerian counsel should confirm the final wording and applicable consumer and data-protection requirements before launch.
